In our business, the true test of success is when the power supply is the last thing on your mind when taking a product to market. Neither functionality nor aesthetics can compensate for a poorly designed battery pack. Our customers’ products don’t work without reliable battery power. In some cases, human health and safety may even be jeopardized. Our products must be readily available, and they cannot fail.

At GBP, we’ve developed flexible, state-of-art manufacturing systems — as well as strategic partnerships with top-tier manufacturers of battery cells, integrated circuits and plastics — to assure delivery of top-quality, high performance lithium-based battery packs, when and where they’re needed.

Globally, we’re capable of producing over 0.5 million battery packs per month — but never at the expense of quality. All GBP manufacturing operations are ISO 9001 certified, subject to rigorous, standardized audits by third-party certification entities. Our manufacturing facilities are also ISO 14000-certified to ensure environmentally-friendly products with a smaller footprint. We also implement Six Sigma process improvement tools, with approximately 60 of our senior engineers and staff certified at the Six Sigma blue, green and black belt levels.
